Initial Checklist

DOES YOUR HOME QUALIFY?

Start with these four basic requirements. Final eligibility is confirmed during your free home evaluation.

HOMEOWNER

You own the property.

20+ YEAR-OLD HOME

Your home was built approximately 20 or more years ago.

ORIGINAL OR AGING WINDOWS

Your home still has older, original, inefficient, or aging windows.

DFW AREA

Your home is located within the Dallas–Fort Worth service area.

Takes about 60 seconds. No obligation. Program availability and final eligibility requirements apply.

Recognizing Window Failure

ARE YOUR WINDOWS SHOWING THESE SIGNS?

Older windows can become increasingly noticeable in the demanding North Texas climate.

DRAFTS

Unconditioned air filtering around sashes, glass perimeters, or tracks during Texas temperature swings.

FAILED OR FOGGY SEALS

Milky haze or trapped condensation between panes that can never be wiped away, indicating gas loss.

EXCESSIVE OUTDOOR HEAT

Rooms radiating heat during hot Texas summer afternoons, placing heavy continuous load on HVAC units.

OUTSIDE NOISE

Lawnmowers, neighborhood traffic, barking dogs, or highway rumble heard distinctly through aged glass.

DIFFICULT OPERATION

Sticking sashes, broken balance cords, or windows that slam shut or require excessive force to lock.

AGING FRAMES

Chipped paint, cracked caulking, deteriorating weatherstripping, or weathered aluminum oxidation.

If your home still has its original or aging windows, checking eligibility is the fastest way to understand your replacement options.

Metroplex Coverage

REPLACEMENT WINDOWS ACROSS DALLAS–FORT WORTH

Serving homeowners across premier Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton County communities.

Dallas, TX

Dallas features a vast inventory of established homes built between 1950 and 2000. Many retain original contractor-grade aluminum or builder-basic wood windows that have suffered decades of Texas sun degradation, lost glazing putty, and drafty tracks.

View Dallas Guide →

Plano, TX

Plano experienced explosive suburban growth during the 1980s and 1990s. Thousands of these stately two-story brick estates are now 30 to 45 years old—the exact window lifecycle milestone where frame warp, seal failure, and high HVAC strain become apparent.

View Plano Guide →

Frisco, TX

While Frisco is known for newer developments, its foundational master-planned neighborhoods built around 2000 are now crossing the 20- to 25-year mark. Homes in early Frisco subdivisions still have first-generation insulated glass units that are reaching their natural end of life.

McKinney, TX

McKinney seamlessly blends charming historic Victorian residences with premier master-planned golf communities like Stonebridge Ranch and Eldorado. Older windows in these properties often suffer from deteriorating seals and high thermal transfer during grueling Collin County summers.

View McKinney Guide →

Allen, TX

Allen's classic brick subdivisions built throughout the late 1980s and 1990s are prime candidates for window modernizations. Replacing outdated clear glass with low-E insulated packages restores second-story room balance and thermal comfort.

View Allen Guide →

Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth's rich architectural history includes everything from stately 1920s historic homes in Fairmount and Arlington Heights to 1970s and 1980s family estates in Overton Park. Many homes still rely on aged aluminum or deteriorated wood sashes that leak conditioned air continuously.

Arlington, TX

Positioned at the heart of the Metroplex, Arlington is filled with well-loved suburban subdivisions built during the area's mid-to-late 20th-century boom. Upgrading original windows eliminates rattling, drafts, and high cooling costs across Tarrant County homes.

View Arlington Guide →

Grapevine, TX

Grapevine offers picturesque lakeside living and historic charm near the center of DFW. Lakeside homes and established neighborhoods face both high summer UV intensity and ambient sound from transportation corridors, making premium insulated replacement windows a high-priority investment.

Common Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common indicators in North Texas homes include persistent interior drafts, excessive heat radiating through the glass during summer afternoons, foggy or milky condensation trapped between glass panes (indicating a broken seal), difficulties opening or latching the sashes, and escalating cooling bills as your HVAC system struggles to maintain temperature.
