How do I know if my windows need replacing?

Does my home need to be over 20 years old to participate in the Model Home Program?
While the Model Home Program specifically focuses on homes built approximately 20 or more years ago (due to the natural lifecycle of original builder-grade windows installed in that era), eligibility depends on the overall condition of your existing windows, neighborhood location, and current program availability across Dallas–Fort Worth.
What if only some of my windows are original or damaged?
That is very common. Many DFW homeowners replace windows in phases or have had select windows replaced due to previous storm damage. You can still apply for the Model Home Program if a portion of your home's windows are original or in need of replacement.
